Senior Chairmanship Coordinator Eureka (m/f/d) 90-100 %
Your responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for coordinating the creation and implementation of the chairmanship programme
- You are the link between the Eureka Secretariat (ESE) and the Innosuisse team
- You coordinate the regular exchange meetings with the ESE and travel to Brussels as required
- Together with the ESE and the Chairman, you are responsible for the timely compilation of documents for all official Eureka meetings
- In your role as Deputy High Level Representative (HLR), you represent the Swiss positions at Eureka
What we are looking for:
For this responsible position, you have a Master's degree and at least 3-5 years of functionally relevant professional experience. You have gained experience in an international environment through professional stays abroad and are characterised by strong intercultural skills and above-average negotiating skills. You have experience in the coordination of complex tasks and in working with various stakeholders, ideally in the context of international organisations or public administration.
You have a high level of personal responsibility, a quick grasp of new ideas, as well as an independent, efficient and careful way of working and are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing. You have an above-average service orientation, enjoy direct dialogue with international partners and think and act in a results-oriented manner.
You are also characterised by argumentation skills, a positive attitude towards change and a high level of resilience and commitment. You have a strong team spirit and find it easy to liaise with different internal and external stakeholders. Very good knowledge of two national languages and English round off your profile.
